Warranty & Protection Policy

This page explains the Merach™ Manufacturer's Limited Warranty included with every product, and the optional Merach Product Protection plan available at checkout (administered in partnership with AIG). Please read it carefully so you know exactly how your coverage works.

Important: All repairs, replacements, and damage claims — whether under the standard warranty or a Product Protection plan — must be reviewed and approved in advance by Merach Customer Support. No repair, part, or replacement is authorized until you have received written approval from our team.

1. Overview

Every Merach™ product ships with a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. At checkout you may also add an optional Merach Product Protection plan, which extends and broadens that coverage — including accidental damage — for 1, 2, or 3 years.

2. Merach Product Protection — What's Covered

When you add a Product Protection plan, your device is covered beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty for the term you select. Covered events include:

  • Accidental damage from handling, such as cracks, fractures, and drops
  • Mechanical and electrical malfunctions after the manufacturer's warranty period ends
  • Motor, wiring, and control-panel or LCD failures
  • Breakdowns caused by normal wear and tear
  • Power surge and electrical fault damage
  • Replacement parts and labor on approved claims, at no additional cost

3. Plan Terms & Pricing

  • 1 Year of protection — $9.99
  • 2 Years of protection — $15.99
  • 3 Years of protection — $19.99

The plan begins on the date your product is delivered and runs continuously for the term selected. Protection plans are transferable if you gift or sell the product during the coverage term.

4. Manufacturer's Limited Warranty

Independent of any protection plan, every Merach™ product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on the product page (frame and motor coverage). During this period Merach will, at its discretion and following approval, repair or replace defective parts at no charge. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to products bought through official Merach channels.

5. What Is Not Covered

  • Loss or theft of the product
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or commercial use beyond the rated capacity
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or service performed without Merach approval
  • Consumable or normal-replacement items unless otherwise stated
  • Any repair or part installed before Merach Customer Support approval was granted

6. How to File a Claim

If your product is damaged or stops working, do not attempt a repair or order parts on your own. Instead:

  1. Contact Merach Customer Support and describe the issue (photos or a short video help us assess it quickly).
  2. Our team reviews your claim and confirms whether it is covered under your warranty or Product Protection plan.
  3. If approved, you will receive written authorization along with next steps — replacement parts, a repair arrangement, or a replacement unit.
  4. Only after you receive that approval will any repair, part, or replacement be provided or reimbursed.

7. Approval Is Required

All repairs and damages must be approved by Merach Customer Support before any service, part, replacement, or reimbursement is issued. Any repair performed, or part purchased, without prior written approval from Merach Customer Support is not covered and may void your remaining warranty and protection coverage. This approval step lets us verify coverage, source the correct parts, and make sure the work is done right.

8. Replacement Parts & Repairs

On approved claims, Merach supplies replacement parts and arranges repair or replacement at no cost to you for the covered issue. Replacement parts may be new or equivalent-to-new. If a product cannot be repaired, Merach may replace it with the same or a comparable model.

9. Transfers, Cancellations & Refunds

Product Protection plans may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if no claim has been made. After 30 days, plans are non-refundable but remain transferable with the product. The manufacturer's warranty stays with the original purchaser.
