Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. Prices and product details may change without notice.

Warranty

The Merach Power Plate comes with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and motor failure under normal use. The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, accidental damage, or misuse.

Limitation of liability

Merach Movement Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Always consult a physician before starting any new exercise regimen.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
