Returns & Refunds

We're grateful for the huge volume of orders we receive every day. Because of that demand, every order is processed and shipped the same day it's placed — which means we're unable to cancel or refund an order before it ships.

To request a refund, please wait until your order arrives. Once it's been delivered, reach out to us through our contact form with your order number and we'll email you back a prepaid return label to print at home.

How to start a return

1. Wait for your order to arrive.
2. Submit a request through our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
3. We'll reply with a prepaid return label for you to print.
4. Pack the Merach Power Plate in its original box (or any sturdy box) and drop it off using the label.
5. Once it arrives back at our warehouse, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away through our contact form — we'll replace it under warranty, usually without needing the original unit returned.
